Maasai Braids and Gift Shop Refund, Exchange and Warranty Policy

Client which purchases products from the Maasai Braids and Gift Shop will be herein referenced as "Purchaser".

Exchange Policy: For products covered under the Maasai Braids and Gift Shop Exchange Policy, please contact Maasai Braids and Gift Shop at [email protected] to make arrangements for an exchange of another product of lesser or equal value as original product purchased. Replacement products will be shipped within 14 days of the receipt of the returned product. Returned product shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the Purchaser.

Refund Policy: For products covered under the Maasai Braids and Gift Shop Refund Policy, please contact Maasai Braids and Gift Shop [email protected] to make arrangements for return of product. Returned product shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the Purchaser. Refunds will be issued by Maasai Braids and Gift Shop company check within 30 days of the receipt of returned products covered under this policy.

 

Hair Products

No Refund, No Exchange, No Warranty on OPENED hair product containers or packaging. This is due to health and safety standards governing beauty products and cosmetics.
Wrong Size, Color, or Product: Products received which are the wrong size, color, or product are covered under Maasai Braids and Gift Shop exchange policy with management approval (contact [email protected]).


Home Decor, Clothing, Arts and Crafts

Wrong Size, Color, or Product: Products received which are the wrong size, color, or product are covered under Maasai Braids and Gift Shop exchange policy with management approval (contact [email protected]) within 30 days of purchase.

Product Defects: Products received which have manufacturer defects are covered under Maasai Braids and Gift Shop refund policy with management approval (contact [email protected]). Manufacturer defects are defined as products which are not manufactured as they were intended. Products which have cosmetic blemishes are NOT covered under Maasai Braids and Gift Shop's Refund Policy but ARE covered under the Maasai Braids and Gift Shop Exchange Policy.

Products containing or manufactured from wood or other natural materials may not look exactly as they appear in our sample product pictures. It is impossible to create products made from natural materials to look exactly the same each time - these appearance differences are NOT covered by exchange or refund.

Product Warranty: Home Decor and Arts and Crafts are covered under a warranty for 30 days from the date of purchase with normal use and from manufacturer defects. Please contact Maasai Braids and Gift Shop at [email protected] for approval for an exchange or refund based on this warranty.

Salon Services

No Refund, No Exchange, No Warranty on salon services, including hair styles, braiding, weaving, cuts, and styles - no limitations apply, all salon services are non-refundable. It is the client's sole responsibility to inform the stylist prior to leaving the Maasai Braids and Gift Shop establishment if the client is unsatisfied for any reason. In the event that the issue which is brought to the attention of the stylist is not resolved satisfactorily, please contact the store manager at [email protected]
